Video contest on media ethics

Media Ethics Cine

Deadline extended to 4th September, 2011

Do you care about how journalists operate? And do you have what it takes to make a ‘viralicious’ media ethics video? CIME is looking for enthusiastic contestants to create CIME's first media ethics short video to stream across our network and the wider media world. If the answer is yes, then keep on reading.
So if you think you can;
• express visually what ethical journalism means
• get as many people talking about an ethical topic as possible
• make people watch something more than once
• make your friends and social community enjoy learning about media ethics
• take an idea that infects people with a compulsion to hit the forward button a second after you experience it.

Then we want to hear from you!

CIME is a non-profit organization that brings together a network of journalists throughout the world to provide training, discussion and expertise in the ethics of their profession. Media ethics is extremely important and we aim to share this with the rest of the world. In order to do so we welcome creative - not necessarily experienced - video makers to show off their talent and original ideas that represent good media ethics at work.
The winner video will be the official CIME film for one year!
The winner will be invited to participate in our media ethics online training and will be entitled to invite 5 friends to join the course and get a certificate of J-Ethinomics!
