IDEX Accelerator is inviting applications from individuals seeking to gain emerging market experience while working to support enterprises that deliver social change to local and global communities for IDEX Fellowship. Candidates willing to work with low-income populations in developing economies and demonstrated practicalskills in relationship building, cultural sensitivity and thrive in a start-up environment are highly encouraged toapply.
The fellows will work full-time with a social enterprise partner, in addition to participating in leadershipdevelopment gatherings and networking opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Applicants must have obtained Bachelor or Masters/Graduate Degree (BS/BA/BBA) prior to start ofprogram.
- Applicants must have the ability to perform in a high pressure environment.
- Applicants must be proficient in English.
- Applicants must have the ability to legally work in India or Kenya for six months.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate minimum of 1-3 years of professional work experience.
- Applicants must possess excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal).
