YouTube is inviting Internet users to send in video or text responses to a question about free expression online to form part of a conference of international bloggers and activists. Deadline: September 7.
Top responses to the question -- "What's the biggest barrier to free expression on the internet, and what would you do to overcome it?" -- will be showcased at a conference in Budapest in September, hosted by YouTube, Google and the Central European University.
