2012/2013 Reach Oxford Scholarships are available for students from developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Pacific Islands. Pursue an undpergraduate degree in any field of study (except medicine) at University of Oxford in UK. The scholarship deadline is around February 2012 but the deadline for admissions to a course is 15 October 2011.
